Covering land and sea across Kudat, Marudu and Pitas, TMP is not only a collaborative management of sustainable fisheries but also an ongoing protection of home to many coastal and marine ecosystems. Thirteen years ago, the Sabah State Government has given green light to the proposal of gazetting an area of about 900,000 hectares with more than 50 islands included.
